Requirements for hunters bringing in wild game:
All meat must be de-boned and cleaned prior to drop off.
We require a 20 lb. minimum for any sausage to fit our equipment.
We no longer offer custom processing due to the high demand, labour and costs. However we still offer our custom wild sausage making services.
